Important Notice: Regarding Attendance policy
Dear Parents/Students,
It has been noticed that after the Diwali vacation, some students are attending school irregularly, either on alternate days or inconsistently. Please note that the 9/11th standard is a crucial year for preparing for 9th/12th grade, and irregular attendance is negatively impacting students' studies. As parents, it is your responsibility to ensure that your child comes to school in proper uniform, including trimmed hair, ironed clothes, and polished shoes. If the class teacher calls for a meeting, please make sure to attend at the scheduled time. Avoid making excuses, and please refrain from providing mobile phones to your child, as they are being misused and causing distractions from their studies. We also request that you avoid to take long leaves, as they will not be sanctioned. The cooperation of both parents and teachers is essential for the betterment of your child. Unfortunately, this collaboration seems to be lacking in some cases.
For science students , please note that those who remain absent will not be allowed to attend practicals for the entire week.
Additionally, for 11th-grade students (Commerce/Science), 20 marks are allotted by subject teachers based on your child’s behavior, punctuality, studies, and attendance. This is a critical factor to keep in mind. Despite previous reminders, some students and parents continue to disregard the school's instructions. Please be aware that if any issues arise in the future, the school will not be held responsible.
Regards,
Principal SEM
